About The Event

The Chefs of the Black Soil network have teamed up with the Cider Makers and owners of Wise Bird Cider Co. to present local sourced menus and Kentucky Proud ciders exquisitely paired with expertise and care.

Enjoy an evening of dining on Wise Bird’s patio alongside the Town Branch for a perfectly planned date!  Let us take the guess work out of your midweek dining. Join us for the series celebrating local chefs, farms, and businesses. Make plans to join us for the entire series!

For $45 per person, explore a menu of seasonal produce and local meats sourced from Kentucky farms paired with local traditional ciders. Each ticket includes a welcome cocktail, a 3-course Chef-driven menu, cider pairings for each course, and 18% gratuity already built in. Tax and other fees are not included. We invite you to choose from the following dining experiences:

RAIN PLAN

Due to limited indoor seating capacity, in the case of rain or inclement weather, we will give guests the option to dine indoors or convert their ticket to Take Out. We've planned to alert each guest 2 hours prior to transition to our rain plan. Black Soil: Our Better Nature will email each guest no later than 5 PM to make accommodations for dine in or to pick up their Take Out beginning at 7:00 PM.
